Beginning January 8th, 2013, Mississippi Seafood will sponsor a series of three Chef’s Table events. Hosted by Eat Y’All, the multi course dinners will be prepared by two Gulf chefs:
- Tuesday, January 8th – Chef Gary Hawkins from Sophia’s Restaurant at the Fairview Inn in Jackson, MS and Chef Patrick Heim, owner and chef at Taste! Catering will prepare and serve a 5 course meal at the Viking Cooking School in Ridgeland, MS.
- Monday, January 14th – Chef Patrick Heim, owner and chef at Taste! Catering and Chef Zachary Watters of Zachary’s Restaurant in Mandeville, LA will prepare and serve a multi-course meal at Magnolia Hall at Florence Gardens in Gulfport, MS.
- Wednesday, January 30th – Chef Jay Parmegiani, owner/chef at ROCA Restaurant and Bar in Vicksburg, MS and Chef Dan Blumenthal, executive chef/co-owner of BRAVO! Italian Restaurant and Bar, Broad Street Baking Company, and Sal & Mookies New York Pizza & Ice Cream Joint in Jackson, MS will prepare and serve a multi-course meal at the Vicksburg Country Club.
