On Sunday, September 29th the Mississippi Seafood Marketing Program (MSMP) will be attending the Gulf Coast chapter of the Mississippi Hospitality & Restaurant Association’s Mix It Up with Chefs of the Coast Food and Wine Gala event. This year’s event will take place at the Biloxi Civic Center from 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM.
The MSMP is proud that Rouses’s corporate chef, Chef Neil “Nino” Thibodaux will be on hand cooking Mississippi Gulf Shrimp. More information on his dish coming soon.
